Melissa Griffin, better known as "HR Mom" has worked in Human Resources for 17 years, mostly in Recruiting and Hiring for well-known Fortune 100 companies. She has seen the skills and capabilities of young workers decline over the years, and has a front-row view of how different parenting styles impact kids' success in the workplace.
Melissa has 2 boys, (ages 12 and 16), and a daughter who is 6. She is determined to raise them into confident, well-rounded adults who have the skills to pay the bills. She manages a Facebook page, a growing online Parenting Focus Group, and offers interview coaching and resume training to help high schoolers prepare to launch.
